You have to be 21 or older to go in the pubs after 6:30 p.m. on Friday's and Saturday's. The lower pub is open 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and it is closed Sunday thru Thursday. The Upper Pub is open from 7pm to 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, 11:30 am to 11 pm on Sunday and 5-10 pm Monday-Thursday.
I believe children are allowed downstairs until 6 pm.

Sure, chuldren can. Children too. There is a main restaurant wiith a couple of dining rooms. 2 bars downstairs.
