I want to get away from home for a couple days and your restaurant is on our list. What is your COVID protocol?

Hello Terry, I'm the General Manger at Proof. For our guests we require temperature check and contact tracing information upon arrival (if you make a reservation, we will use your contact information from that). We have spaced out all of our tables/seats according the TN Pledge, meaning we have our seats spaced out 6' apart. We request that all patrons and staff wear a mask/face covering when not seated (staff always). And we also have sanitation locations set up throughout the building. At the moment, we only have seating in our upstairs section to avoid traffic flow near our bar, bathrooms, and exits. We also have seating outside on our large patio, but it is getting a bit chilly these days. We are also not allowing patrons to sit at the bar to avoid congregation in that area. I'm sure there is more for employees but, for the guests, they check your temperature and seat you at least 6 feet apart.
