Not handicap friendly. Can drop off in front or inside parking garage. There is an elevator to the movie theatre area once inside.
You can park in the ramp on the second floor, where there are several handicapped parking spaces and usually other nearby open spaces, There is a doorway between the handicapped spaces that takes you onto the box office floor, turn left when you enter. Ask the ticket seller or the ticket taker how to get to the elevator. It is nearby, but not visible from these locations. Much easier to negotiate than it sounds. One of my favorite movie venues for accessibility.

If you can park on the street (Pennsylvania) you can use elevator to get to the theaters.
