The village does have easy access for wheelchairs. Most shops had ramps some did not. There are sidewalks and walkways especially in the center of town. We stayed at the idyllwild inn and it was lovely, clean, quiet and in beautiful scenery. I do not remember Ramps to the cabins but there are less than 3 steps in the back of the cabins to the kitchen inside. Hope this helps, enjoy your stay.
I stayed at the idyllwild inn in one of the theme rooms. There is both a ramp and stairs leading up to the rooms. I did not look close enough at the cabins.
The village is quite easy to move around in as most everything is paved. Shops are right across the street with easy access. My wife and I vacation there frequently and stay in the studio cabins, so I am not very knowledgeable about everything else. Studio cabins usually have at least one step high to enter. I would call the office to find out. The staff is very polite and courteous. I am sure they can accommodate your needs. There is very little traffic in town, and some of the cabins at the inn are quite vintage, and very cozy. They do have newer areas, that might have updated accommodations.
