I recently started growing my beard again, I do not have a heavy beard. I was wondering how long should I let it grow before scheduling a beard trim? In the past after 6 or 8 weeks I try to trim it and it always ends in a shave.

Well Bob it just depends on what look u want. And if u explain ur look to the best Barber named Donna who works at Whiskey Beard. She'll get u all the way right. And please let her know her cousin Erick said shes the best

Bob... let it grow till it's pretty wild, or until it becomes no longer professional. Donna is family for me as well. She, as well as LuLu will make time and give you a look that you will not only be comfortable with, but proud of. And it WONT end in a complete shave. 6 weeks should be ample time to grow in your beard where you need it.
