I cant stand chuckie cheese, that place is a germ infested and brats everywhere,horrible food and unsupervised children .
Eh, before 9 you can bring kids, but 3 and 4 I probably would go to chuck e cheese. My son is 7 and he enjoyed himself, but I feel like younger and he wouldn't have.
9 p.m. you can bring children. Though most of the games are aimed at older children through adult. Also you have to keep your children with you. There is no real place to leave them unattended
