Hi Liliana! We have two keto friendly desserts that are gluten, grain, dairy and starch free (zero tapioca starch or flour), and are sweetened with honey. We are not fans of stevia etc. or any of the alcohol sweeteners. The Bandito is 7g sugar and is the size of your palm. Mustang bar is 9g sugar, 25g of fat, and is the size of your palm also. Both are nutrient dense, so can be sliced and stored in freezer. We also have fresh keto bread that is delish too. I hope that answered your question! Let me know if I can help with anything else! We've got samples all day too. ~ LEE

Hi Liliana, the main sweetener we use for the Treats is honey, with grams of sugar as low as 7 per Treat. When we were testing ketones extensively a few years back we were eating 1-2 Treats a day and maintaining ketosis. A "keto-friendly" sweetener is a bit of a misnomer. While you can use erythritol or stevia or xylitol or monkfruit to get around the actual sugars in any dessert, they all have a definite aftertaste and potentially gut-wrenching results. We've consistently found the best overall results with limited amounts of "real food" sweeteners like honey or dates. Cheers, Nik
