From the actual visitor's center, no. You're up near the Gulf of Mexico / Atlantic continental divide. However, both ends of the skyway border good fishing (whitewater in Tennessee and lake / reservoir in North Carolina).
Yes there is tellico river, Indian boundary lake. Green cove pond . there is Bass,red eye, blue Gill,trout, and you can visit the fish hatchery
