Why do you say you're a mall when you're not?

I think it's listed as a mall because it has several stores in the building and restaurants

I don't if anyone from Block 37 is going to answer, but historically successful suburban malls are closing en masse as a result of changing suburban economics. Malls that work in cities are glorified food courts with no conventional anchor department stores. Think of it as a new mall. With younger people and lots of liquor. Its for the best in many ways, trust me.
