One of the worst McDonalds! Around 1am they say there computers are down, cash only... Every night... One night I ordered my usual. My usual order always come out to ($9.02). But this night it was ($11.30) but they gave me no receipt when i asked.

I haven't been in Victorville very long nor did I go to the McDonalds here either, but I will go and see for myself if they are doing this.

I know many people at this location pocket the change and say the total is more than what it is supposed to be. You ask them for a receipt and they get super hostile and tell you to leave and that you can't get a receipt. This is Victorville after all. Full of thieves! And desert rats!

It is true the system goes down from 12:00 AM - 12:45 AM, and employees have to add up the totals in their phone calculators as well as yell the orders back to those working in kitchen. It isn’t possible to give receipts as the system is completely restarting, they do this because the POS systems need to be reset since they can’t be running 24 hours. I worked there awhile and nobody pockets the change. It’s more likely it was just a mistake when calculating.

Not sure what's your question..?? But the Victorville Mcdonald is not a good place to go to.. Sounds like this Victorville McDonald's nọt Honesty with theis customers.. That's erg bad services...!!
