Why do you make an order at 1pm to pick up at 5:15 PM and they don't make your order they tell you it will be another hour. What the he'll don't have a call in for making orders and the person takes it then text you and says it's ready. No ORDER!!!!

First of all I would never make an order 4 hours in advance. It's to easy for such orders to get lost during shift changes and rushes. But in all honesty I've never gotten food to go from Olive Garden

Like most places now they are short staffed and the other ones don't realize they are there to do a job and provide customer service
