Hey Bruce, Good question. I emailed Pappas about Thanksgiving and Christmas and the Eves. They answered quickly and here's the response: "Thank you for considering Pappas being a part of your Thanksgiving celebration. We will be open regular business hours Thanksgiving Eve. On Thanksgiving Day, most Pappas restaurants will be closed, with a few exceptions. For holiday travelers, all Houston and Dallas airport restaurants will be open and happy to serve you. Pappas Bar-B-Q restaurants in Houston (excluding Smith St. location) and Dallas, Texas will be open Thanksgiving Day to assist with your holiday festivities. Please visit ourwebsite to view our Thanksgiving menu. Thank you for your patronage and we wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving!" The same answer as well for Christmas and Christmas Eve, but with a Merry Christmas attached. :) Thanks, Boyd
