They are pretty busy usually. They always have people waiting when they open and a wait line in the evenings. So yeah you may need to call a few times. Its worth the wait for sure. Also if your calling for a reservation....they don't do them. You do want to call before you go to check the wait time and get on the list though. Enjoy!
Because when it gets really busy they can't answer, they always answer when possible
