Does AUDREY have people make fake comments for her because I didn't receive the service I seen in the comments, she was rude and hung up twice, never was I rude or mean in any way if anything I had thanked her for explaining somethings to me.

I had great service there last week with my elderly dog. By reading your two other reviews you seem like someone who is always looking for something to be mad about. This place is awesome and cares about the pets they look after.

I have never had anyone from there be rude to me. Maybe you just caught her at a bad moment.

Always have great service from all of the staff. As another person said, maybe it was just a bad moment, remember you never know what someone else has or is going through. Always give another chance.

That's very odd. When we enter the premises she's always eager, willing and able to assist in anyway possible as are all the staff there.

Hello Susana. I'm not sure who Audrey is. There were 3 women working up front when I came in. I will say that one of them was not nice and acted bothered by members of my rescue (Pets Forever Found) calling in to donate toward my bulldogs emergency. Everyone has a bad day, and while it's not very professional to project onto customers, we are all human and make mistakes.
