Very rude customer service . I believe the manager grabbed my moms arm and demanded her to go out the back exit but my mom was already heading to another exit . Overall bad service , very rude.

That's not typical behavior there. The service can be spotty because they're so busy, but I have never seen them being rude.

Same for me, service has always been good.

I've never witnessed behavior like this. NEVER! Our family has a great time whenever we go to Pinocchio's. In fact, we're planning to go next Sunday. I'd be happy to give an update then.

Never had bad service. Staff and owners are fantastic!
