If you are sure the CD skips and not your CD player and you have the receipt, try and take it back. Used may be buy as is I'm not sure. Try calling Rhino the number I gave. They may give you your money back or change or swap the CD for another one!!

They are usually very helpful at Rhino...start there! See what they say.
Sometimes using a CD cleaning pad and maybe a little olive oil and or a cotton ball on it to help work out the scratches might help. Otherwise if it is a deep scratch, there is not much you can do.
