You can talk the manager or any superior in the store right away. Based to my experience they are accommodated one of the staff approach me and ask me if I need her help..so Sad to heared your bad experienced.
How you treat people is how you going to get traded come with a smile to the cashier and for sure she is smiling at you I made my own test about it and trust me it works
ask for a supervisor, that's the 1st step.
Wow I'm surprised to hear that I always have such a great experience there but if you're not happy the best place to start is with the supervisor!! They actually have a floor manager on duty all the time and you can ask to see that person while you're there shopping and make sure you get names so they know who to talk to about the problem your having!! the floor manager is there every day to make sure that Shoppers are having the best experience they can have!! So definitely ask to see the floor manager!! good luck to you and I hope you have a much better experience next time 😄👍
