hello, i have an ipad mini , and the charging port has phsically locked me out to were i cannot insert my charger into the port . it looks like 2 small pieces of metal prevent the charger from connecting to the ipad?

That is correct. Most likely the Charging Port would need to be replaced. We can do it.

If your ipad fell recently chances are that the metal prongs on the port flung out and broke so you'll have to change the whole port
