Yes! Unless your walking... So long as your mobile, this is close to anything. If your on foot there's a gas/convenience store, chicken at one gas station, whataburger, then one smoke shop, laundry mat, and liquor store in the immediate area, donuts, subway, pizza, family dollar, and a few random stores in a 15 min walk, and Albertsons, more food options, some, and good mexican joints, if you take a 35 minute walk. As far as good shopping, it's out of your walking range.
