The mall is located in Staten island NY, public transportation you need to take the staten island ferry then follow directions to get to the Mall by bus or taxi. Warning: it is a long trip if you not driving. I recommend to go to the New Primark store in Brooklyn.

Its not in Times Square. U havw to take the ferry to staten island then take the bus to Staten island mall to go to primark.
