We are taking all the reasonable precautions to keep customers and associates safe. Customers and associates must wear masks in our stores. Associates are trained to maintain social distance. We disinfect areas like door handles. Fortunately, our stores are roomy enough that maintaining social distance is very feasible and we don't need to limit occupancy other than on peak days like major flower-buying holidays.
Wear a mask, keep arms length away from others, wash your hands before and after when in the store. Most important... be kind and patient.
