They do answer phone but it was very busy place. Alot of people comes in to dine. Also people pick up pre-order food. Staff are mostly busy all day long. Maybe you place your order on thier website or delivery partner like doordash or uber eat and the likes.
The same reason it takes forever to be waited on and get your food. Always way under staffed.
