For Boscovs, customer service on the second floor (in the back of the furniture/rugs department/next to the public restrooms) will do most any return you need done for any department in the store, if necessary. However, as of the last few years, more and more often their associates will redirect you to the department that the item you’re attempting to return is originally from to do the return at that department’s register, to make price & item verifications easier/to prevent return fraud.
