We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with service. Please ask to speak to a manager anytime there are issues and they will be resolved. While we are extremely busy, we do care about our guest's experience. The traditional concept of Rustys is to see bartenders at the bar once you are ready to order. As we have grown there are times when bartenders will offer table service. With 15 people it is likely they are getting other quick tasks completed due to the time it takes to collect 15 orders and make drinks etc. Still feel free to let them know once you all have arrived as a full group. Speak to the Manager at Rusty's in order to improve the situation. We here can't affect your outcome.
