Yes, they are open with limited available seating. Drive thru is usually busy. Right now as I write this there is construction on the sidewalks around the property, but open with good business. They also have McCafe Coffee...lol and Guava Pies... 😂
The lobby was under construction while drive thru was open. The remodeling is finished and the restaurant is fully back in business. Yes, it is open, and by far the best McDonald's ive been to.
