Gluten freeish is accurate. If you have Celiac, I wouldn't risk it. I have a family member who has a gluten sensitivity so one gluten freeish donut seems to be fine. Since you can customize the donut, it makes it all the more satisfying!!!
They definitely do have gluten-free options! I have to eat gluten-free too and I've never had any trouble after eating their gf donuts. You can get most of the donuts on the menu or customize your own as long as all the toppings are gluten-free and they'll make it special for you.
This is from the website" "None of them. However, we can make any of our Signature Combinations with a raised, chocolate, or vanilla base relatively gluten free using our Gluten Free(ish) donut as the base instead. Please keep in mind that, although our recipe doesn’t not use any wheat flour, our kitchen is not a certified gluten free kitchen and we fry the donuts in the same oil as regular donuts. We recommend people with highly sensitive allergies to gluten avoid our Gluten Free(ish) donut entirely."
