Has anyone out there used this facility for a longtime? I keep my holiday decorations in storage, but the facility I am currently using raises the tent every 3 months. so I am research in order to change this situation.

Everything goes up after improvements ( which they undertook) good after-hours access. Conveniently located to l-95 and Home Depot.

Been there 14 years. I recommend it and the property manager is really good

yes I have used it 2 years they don't raise the rent it's a dollar for your first month
