What is your policy on guest privacy. A friend of mine had a hotel clerk give out personal information to a third party caller and it jeopardised her safety

All hotels should share a similar hotel policy that no employee is allowed to give out personal information of any guest regardless of information known by another, if you cannot prove you are guest A you should not know about or be told information about guest A
