I purchased my tickets through the mobile app. If I'm not able to make it to the movie can I be refunded my money or get a courtesy ticket?

You have to go into the movie theater at least 30 minutes before the show time to get a refund or to switch time and date

You must be able to get your money back. Talk to the pain person in charge. Minimum you'll get tickets for other movie of your choice
