New addition is in. Only 3 lots are on the river. Not sure if any of those are any longer available. You would need to contact the office to check on those or to see if any lots within the park are available or coming available. They're moving several new and almost new houses into the park this year.
Last I heard no, but they're adding another addition and more trailers!
