I'm not a bar employee, but I and my band work there several times per year. There are no tickets, it's just a cover fee at the door. There is ADA access to the front door via an elevator, which is in the back of the building next to the rear entrance of Pizza My Heart. No special sections, it's open access to the dance floor and main bar just like everyone else.
