According to the Web site there are no free birthday lunches for Sept 4
You will have to contact the Manager of Tomi Sushi only they can answer that question !
The birthday person with valid ID and two paying adults will eat for free lunch or dinner except when closed for major holidays! So if Sept 4th is Labor Day then will be closed.
