We do have Gluten free items. The gluten free waffle and the gluten free toast are cooked in the same waffle iron and toaster that the regular items are cooked in. The Gluten free French toast is cooked on the same grill as other items but not at the same time. We also have a gluten free banana chocolate muffin that is cooked with muffin paper liners in muffin pans that nothing else is cooked in, so that is probably the best option. But since we are not a Gluten free restaurant, we cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur.
