Just opened up this year, so I'm guessing within the last few months. Its very, very nice!
We officially opened on May 15th of this year after several years of work on it.

The owner said it was a multi year project. Had to clean up a blighted area. Bring in fill dirt, run water, electric, and sewer. Lay cement. Plant trees and grass.
New this year to open. Not sure about actual construction dates
