Worst place ever. Shady managers who don't even know how to properly run a trailer park or any rental for that matter. Space #4 was recently arrested for 2.25 pounds of methamphetamine. My vehicle has a bullet hole in it from being parked in front of what was previously my home. I say previously because I was a tenant there however they didn't like me there because I rock the boat about safety issues and sanitation issues. They have had sewage backups since 2017 when we first moved in. They stopped accepting my rent because I filed a complaint over sewage in my bathtub which they weren't addressing because they wanted me to pay for the cost of repair when the issue was their own main sewage line and not my responsibility. They didn't change the lease into our names when we moved in so we never had our lease in our name dispite filling out an application and them doing a credit check. My covid 19 rental assistance got denied because they wouldn't change the lease. Save your sanity
The ghetto, and yes, the worst for management of any kind. I used to live there. Would not recommend it.

You literally have to go there and go to the front office they're horrible management
