Your best bet would be to contact the person you're trying to meet in their room
No, you cannot. The hotel WILL NOT tell you anyone's room number. They will connect you by phone to the room, or take a message for the guest, but won't release the room number.
You will need the room number as far as I know try leaving a message at the desk
