Not sure what is the best quality but my son has brought 2 and my sister in law got one for her son all 3 seemed to be of fine quality hope that helps you and owner very helpful.
I think they sell Coolsters, seem to be decent quality. It's not a Honda or Yamaha but the Coolsters seem to be reliable
