Besides the previous answers, there's also a pond for fishing just for children under 12. I'm not sure what kind of fish they stock in there though. That's across from the archery area.
It is stocked with trout annually. The brook is low right now due to drought conditions.
Bear brook does have fish in it mostly stocked they put them in by the swimming area I think they do that so when the guys stop the stock truck there they can look for the pretty girls on the beach Haha lol

No trout. In the campground pond. Nice largemouth tho. The day beach and fly fishing only ponds have trout. Mostly rainbow
Yes there is fishing, but not sure what fish is in the water and the water is clean but some people reported leeches at certain times of the year.
