I'm not sure if there is a dedicated swimming area for dogs or if they are allowed at the beach area but there are plenty of spots to access the water along some of the hiking trails that would be good place for a dog to get in the water without bothering anyone
There is a trail that goes around the pond that has small openings to the water where you can take the dogs. Kinda rocky bottom so wear some shoes or sandals.
