What kind of fish do you use

They use cod or haddock. They are both very similar in texture, look and taste.

Haddeck

They always used pollock. Switched a few yrs ago to cod. We had talked to Steve about it.

Ye Olde English Fish & Chips uses Cod Caught off the Rhode Island coast. They've always used Cod in there Fish& Chips but they do Have Baked Haddock on the menu.
