Yep, they have a lost and found that they keep updated daily. All items are held for up to 30 days before they are donated and the record cleared. When retrieving an item please try to be specific about what it looks like and where you might have lost it (theater, seat, etc.).

They do and I have personally used it to retrieve a left behind jacket
