I am trying to figure out if this park has space lake front to have a wedding ceremony and if I would be able to set up a small trellis and some Lights and a isle way for about 15-20 people and who I have to call to get these questions answered

There is plenty of area for a wedding. They even have an area set up for this. You do however need to call and reserve space. Also a fee involved

Call the civic center and ask them. Ive seen people from weddings take pictures and the have a trelis already there.

The city hall is across the street there is space you might want to go take a look And sorry but a permit would be needed
