My staff is trained to meet customer requests like this. Corn tortillas and our complimentary chips and salsa we make ourselves are gluten free. The enchilada sauce we use gluten free flour to make the sauce. We do not have a gluten free section to our menu but we do address it ... for our customers concerns.
Most of the items come with a choice of corn tortillas. How strict they are as to separation of gluten and non-gluten items if you have an allergy I dont know. They are very accommodating so I am sure if you call and ask they will help
