My 13 year old loves it, we would spend all day in lazer tag of they let us. We have been there twice and never do all of the "big" attractions because of the VERY slow lines. There is plenty to do; I would definitely pick your party day carefully.

I think it's an absolutely amazing place to have a birthday party. I did see a party room there. Every level or floor has a staff member there to help with each activity. There are things to do such as bubble lab, NASA Center, a roller coaster, dancing, video games. It is very enjoyable and it's just a cool place. I think your child would be the coolest child in school if they had a birthday party there because it's just a really cool place to walk up to and talk about. I don't agree with the previous answer that there are lines, but that could have been because of the time that I went. I went to plan parties for my kids never plan on busy days so I would plan on a weekday after school or early evening dinner time but I would assume a Saturday or Sunday would be busy just as if you went to Dave and Busters or main event. But there is definitely things to look at and keep you interested.
