There are many interactive stations for all ages.The 5 year old would definitely enjoy it. Options might be limited for the 3 year old but there is a sand table, bubble station and lifesize piano. Also the lights, music and action going on all around are likely to keep his/her interest.
I unfortunately am unsure as my experience there was for an after hours burlesque show during the recent MegaCon Orlando Convention. BUT I SAW A LOT of kids leaving out into the parking garage w/ parents looking like they had a blast to the sleepy mode! I would say that's fun! Hope that helps
