There is fishing in a lake and the owners are real good about guests and not charging them .Usually campgrounds will charge a small fee for visitors depending on them staying the night.
Usually they are free for the day
Yes there is fishing, pool, playground. Camp site varies I believe based on hookup, electric, wifi, setpic etc.
