I thought the customer service was great compared to a few years ago when I was there .by leaps and bounds...
No problems at all with the new owners. Now i can say i knew both the previous and new owners. i know they stayed on until the new owners knew the recipes and the history of this landmark. They have been very friendly Italian cookies are typical as you would get at Alessi's or La Sagunda. Check out their website housewifebakeshop.com
This place has new owner's, and they do not have the care, attention, or costumer service as previous owners. They do not have any costumer service at all. Quality and pride has disappeared from this long standing establishment in this community. We were very disappointed and sad that a legacy is gone.
