That's not a question and you have to think of the profit margin of paying employees vs the expected business income if they were to extend hours without raising prices.
We were there on a Sunday at 2:15 and the place wasn't even 1/3 full. The bulk of their business is later in the day no duh.
They should open by 10 a.m.
I think so too. Out Back did it and it seems to be working for them.
