Just went yesterday. thought outside was ok to bring our 6lbs maltipoo..not busy, great seat away from everyone, But was told no pet unless service dog so we had to leave.
Pets are not allowed outside except service animals. I'm 100% sure because I brought my dog and ended up leaving when I saw the sign
