Is there a fee that anyone can pay to race on the track, or is it a "members only" raceway?

It is members only. There is a BMW driving center that I believe anyone can pay to do, but it uses a separate course.

Of you sign up for track days or other offers the track has you can use all the tracks. A full day is around $850
